The Facts4EU Sovereignty Podcasts, Season 1, Episode VI
Podcast Editor talks about the EU’s lack of respect for UK law
“How the UK lost its legal supremacy”
A personal view by Graham Dale of Independence Facts4EU.Org
“The infamous Factortame Case shows how a UK law passed by our own Parliament can be disallowed under EC law (now EU law).
“Through this case the superiority of EU law was enshrined in UK law through judicial precedent. This would again become relevant should Britain continue down the path of ever closer subservience to the EU.
“Why are Rejoiners happy to see Britain’s Parliamentary sovereignty surrendered to an anti-democratic foreign entity over which we would have little to no control or influence?
“Are they too afraid to accept responsibility for governing Britain and crave the security blanket of government by others?”
