It’s official: Sovereignty is the top topic, from which all else flows on the road to the UK’s revival

And Stand for Our Sovereignty is now the official organisation to join if you want your voice heard
JRM delivers the perfect summation of Brexit Facts4EU’s most popular report in the last 12 months
Yesterday we broke all records – for the second time in two months. The new Stand for Our Sovereignty organisation reached hundreds of thousands of the British voting public with powerful messaging about proof of the reversal of Brexit by this Government.
In a report which the Stand for Our Sovereignty team had worked on with the assistance of Brexit Facts4EU for many days, we provided the proof – if indeed it were needed – that Sir Keir Starmer’s government is set on aligning the UK closely and permanently with the EU’s regulations, designed in the interests of countries such as Germany and France.
Blessed with cross-party support from some of the most widely-known politicians in the country, Stand for our Sovereignty’s damning report became the talking point of all those readers deeply concerned at the crises rapidly developing throughout the UK, from the inability to control mass migration, to the consequences of the abject surrender to the EU and other supranational bodies as our lawmakers and masters.
Sir Jacob weighs in
In one of the masterful soliloquies which open his aptly titled ‘State of the Nation’ show on GB News, the Rt Hon Sir Jacob Rees-Mogg delivered a perfect summation of the Stand for our Sovereignty report which had been co-produced with Facts4EU. Below we re-publish his words, with kind permission of GB News, together with a video. This is followed by a second video of the ensuing conversation with Sir Jacob’s studio guest, Lord David Frost.

Sir Keir Starmer’s true colours as Mr Second Referendum are showing.
And speaking of handbrake turns, GB News has revealed the Prime Minister is set to lose Brexit freedoms in the car industry through his reset that forces dynamic alignment with the EU.
Shared exclusively with GB News, the new Stand for Our Sovereignty organisation, backed by think-tank Brexit Facts4EU, has obtained proof that Britain’s motor industry is to fall under EU rules.
It was just only last year that the Department for Transport issued a policy paper, underlining the Government’s intention to “seize the opportunities of Brexit to ensure our regulatory system is agile and pro-innovation”.
But here’s the handbrake turn – in an official response from the Department for Transport to the House of Commons Secondary Legislation Scrutiny Committee, it reads: “The department recently wrote to manufacturers to reassure them that GB regulations will be maintained to be aligned with those in the EU to ensure vehicles can continue to be sold UK-wide.
“The Department has made a commitment to an explicit presumption of alignment because this is in the interest of the UK in terms of breaking down barriers to trade with our largest trading partner, in a predominantly export-focused industry, and protecting the UK internal market.” But dynamic alignment with the EU is not in Britain’s interest – especially not when it comes to the car industry.
It means copying EU rules automatically, no questions asked, even if those rules make no sense for British roads, British consumers, or British manufacturers and inevitably adding no extra costs. This is submission with a smile.
If we stay independent, we can craft regulations that actually work for us – faster, leaner, and cheaper. That’s good for carmakers, good for supply chains, and good for drivers who don’t want to pay thousands more because some EU committee says so.
And let’s not forget: outside the EU, we’re free to strike trade deals that suit our market – with the U.S., Japan, Australia – without getting tangled in European red tape. Dynamic alignment would chain us to a bloc we no longer belong to.
But unfortunately, under this government, dynamic alignment will extend well beyond the cars. We can expect this to apply to all sorts of sectors.
Only when we take advantage of the freedoms of Brexit can we expect to grow the British economy, unleash our latent growth and improve living standards for everyone.

Conversation with Lord Frost, lasting just 11 minutes, this is a ‘must-watch’
Stand for Our Sovereignty (SOS) now needs YOU
Having political support together with superb coverage in the media is one thing. Turning this into a lean, mean, fighting machine which has a real effect and influences the government to row back and even U-turn, (as Sir Keir has already done several times), is a different matter.
This takes a professional organisation and the funding to pay for it. Stand for Our Sovereignty (SOS) needs thousands of members of the public to stand up and say: “Yes, not only have we had enough, but we’re going to join the organisation to show our support and to help towards the costs.” Standard membership costs the equivalent of 3p per day. Is that really too much when the sovereignty of our whole country is at stake?
A great many people have already given their time for free, working long, anti-social hours. Their efforts have now been proven on more than one occasion. There’s a team ready to go, battle-hardened and experienced – they just need you and thousands like you to make the commitment today.
The public is very supportive, as this article proves. As a member of the public, will you do your bit today? And then will you go further and tell your friends and family that there IS hope and to join too? If you do, you might be surprised at what happens. And you’ll know that you’ve taken a stand. A Stand for Our Sovereignty.
