Will You Let It Happen? ‘Stand for Our Sovereignty’ campaign urges you to send him a clear message
At 10pm on Monday, the Government will present the Marking of Retail Goods Regulations, a measure that could force hundreds of British businesses to label everyday food products with “Not for EU” — even if those products are sold within Great Britain – England, Scotland and Wales.
Most people still don’t know this is about to happen. But if it goes through, it will set a precedent for EU laws quietly controlling more of our trade and economy, one regulation at a time.
We are therefore urging all our Members, supporters, and readers to ACT TODAY and put a stake in the ground for British sovereignty.
Why does this matter so much?
This isn’t just about labelling. It’s about who governs this country.
- This is a regulation made not by our Parliament, but by a foreign political body: the EU.
- Even more extraordinarily, it does not apply to the EU, but to a non-EU country – the United Kingdom.
- The Regulation was drafted by Brussels 2½ years after we left the EU.
- It imposes rules on our own internal trade: within GB as well as between GB and NI.
- DEFRA’s own documents show the costs could run into hundreds of millions of pounds for British businesses.
- If MPs approve it without proper scrutiny, what comes next?
- It is the first time since Brexit that the EU has exercised legislative power over the whole of the UK.
What can you do right now?
We understand that everyone is busy. But this is exactly how sovereignty slips away – quietly, late at night, without debate.

The democratic process told the government of the day, to leave the EU. There has been no vote to return by the people since that referendum.
This labour goverment have neither the right or mandate to see the UK creeps back in, any policy that is used to in effect see to it we trickle back to the EU. I demand a public vote an have my say threw that public vote on the matter of EU re-entery.
I absolutely do not agree to what this Government is Doing, as a Democratic country all these things NEED A VOTE , and in my opinion what Starmer is Doing is illegal !!!!

Keir Starmer is trying to rejoin the EU a little bit at a time we did not vote for this we do not want it it’s undemocratic time for you to stop
Who the hell do this Labour Party think they are,we voted to be out of the EU. Bit by bit Starmer will let the EU control our internal affairs again and the only good thing is certain is the Labour Party will never govern again for at least the next 30 or 40 years.
